Message	or a machine/welding shop. I wouldnt go to a muffler shop they dont have that good of welders there or from what i have seen. If they screw it up youll have to get a new pan or another one for that matter. If you have to weld a nut and pull it, I would suggest TiG welding it or HeliArc. This will warp the metal less, as well as having less of a chance of blowing through. The sheet metal on oil pan is really thin.
